Well he has hit on a few. Like Tuli, Josh Palmer, Keenan, Mike W., Slater. I do wish he had more hits on third day picks, he's been unable to find RB talent in the later rounds, when so many other teams seem to find RB gems in those rounds.

Yes other teams do routinely find draft, plug and play RBs in the mid rounds
