I wonder how close to full strength Garrett was in that game. He still blew by Salyer a few times and the game plan protected him, but it was definitely another solid outing from Salyer. Another big test against the Broncos this week.

Garrett is probably still sore, but he had a week or two off and was very fresh. His legs were not impacted by the accident. He is a beast. Salyer did about the best he could and the play calling was outstanding as far as neutralizing Garrett. Clowney was also super fresh and very motivated (which is not always the case). Our OL held up well and the game plan did what it was supposed to do. I agree that this is the best tandem we will face. And they are equally good against the run and pass.
TGLike, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

2 starts and hasnt shown poorly at all for a rookie. Im more than pleasantly surprised he has not been a glaring weakness for a 6th rounder right? TT and team get an A+ on him so far….major value find that if he keeps this up and Pip keeps holding ground and Feiler continues to struggle in a contract year may give is a lot more options for next year or later this year if Slater can return and we make the playoffs.
