The Phillies are another underdog story. They went from such a joke that they fired their manager. The very next day they started a run of wins (a few dry spells) that sees them on the verge of moving even further on into the playoffs. The Padres aren’t an underdog story in that sense, but they’re on the verge of taking 2 playoff series against teams that had a monstrous almost unstoppable season long run. Parody anyone?

The Dodgers beat the crap out of the division, but losing just one game at home loses the home field advantage. All those wins in the regular season by the expensive Dodgers mean nothing now, just hoping that the Pads can seal the deal and move on to the NLCS.
The 1 game wildcard thing was freaking stupid imo. At least 3 is better but thats too many games during the regular season to have a small series determine who moves on.

Going to be cranked up even more tonight -- bats just need to score more runners as Dodgers won't continue to go oh fer 17 with RISP
My hope is that a Padre world championship is enough to help SD excharger fans stop hating and embrace their true roles as Chargers fans and hop on back to experience and support an LA Chargers championship run.
If the Chargers win one before the Padres, SD fans will forever be resentful.
Just fantasizing about having my hometown be a Chargers/Padres town again.P1. Block Destruction - Ogbonnia
