I get why the social media team did that, and it wasn't to dis the Padres, or San Diego. No matter what they do with marketing, they have to be consistent winners of championships to be relevant in a very very big pond, I just wish that they would be as mindful about legacy fans, but those who stayed after the move aren't as big a concern for retention as getting generational new fans.
