    Be concerned.
also needs injections. Who ever does them, practice, practice, practice before you do it.

Watching Herbert take an Atomic Helmet Drop to the kidney area left me in the fetal position. How did Justin keep playing?

I have had badly bruised ribs before, it is very painful to even walk at times. The bad thing is it took 3-4 weeks for them to heal.

Ribs really can take a long time to heal. I cracked two ribs training for my black belt back in my 20s and had to take a month off. Re-cracked them 2 weeks after I came back and started training again and had to take another month off. I'm sure they'll numb him up but one sack could real take him out.

I believe we should think LONG TERM...

If Herbert is not healthy, let our backup QB earn their money!

            Go Bolts!!

PS. I would have rested him after the incident. At worst, when it is clear that he cannot run because of the injury, he should have been pulled out...

I don't understand what the coach is thinking?!?

                Exactly.
Herbert is a fucking soldier, but Staley needs to be wiser.

Love Staley but this is a strike against him.
How he handles Lombardi is potentially another.

                What's Sean Peyton's number again?
                G-Ro knows.

I’ll have to reconfirm, but I actually thought the subs did a fair job in pass pro, all things considered. I believe it was Zion who whiffed, allowing his man to take a free runaway shot on Herb’s ribs. And I’m pretty sure Chris Jones is still picking bits of Matt Feiler out of his teeth.

Bad enough to lose a game we should have won but to have Herbert injured is a death knell for the season. It’s the one thing we can’t afford. We have no back up.

Call Sean before the Cowboys do

WARNING: The following is a little graphic but TRUE.

It was a torque issue for me. I twisted too far one time I guess and I wound up not able to stand for a week or two and then could not turn my upper body without the weirdest side pain I've ever had. It felt like I was being stabbed in my lower right side. That was six or seven years ago and I still have pain in my side whenever twisting my torso even a little. All I can say is don't take being able to wipe your own ass for granted!
