Herbert's current injury is not going to prevent him from playing. QBs play with that kind of injury all the time and are fine. Philip Rivers played with it. It's a very common injury to NFL QBs. Don't sweat it.

Phil had fractured ribs and he didnt always look that great out there.
We all could see something was wrong with him and he wasn't himself but didnt know what til after the season.
In fact after that season he said he contemplated retirement.

It is going to bother Herbert. He won't be himself either but hopefully he will be able to throw well. Expect a lot of the same short passes.

Trade Stick and Tillery or whoever for Minshew.

I've got more confidence in Linsley, Slater, and Zion's ability to run block. That's all.

Yeah no it ain’t happening and I say we take a deep breath and chill a little bit and see how he’s doing before the Jags game and we’ll know a lot more by then.

As bitter as it is there was a lot to like last night and if Justin and this team are relatively healthy with 8-9 games to go I like our chances. That extra game makes it seem like a much longer season IMO.
