It's crazy to me that in 2022, the age of total revenues, franchises and stadiums that are worth/costs in the multiple billions and player contracts approaching 1/3 of a billion that more research has not been put into the playing surface? What? You would think with the cutting edge technology used in this sport, it would be able to figure out some quantifiable tendencies?
Well, maybe not as it is league that still uses old men carrying two poles attached by a chain to determine the most consequential aspect of the game...so...I'll ride the wave...where it takes me.
