Our defense allowed another 144 to Jacobs, 154 total while Carr only completed 53% of his passes but two were long TDs.

We’re not gonna win with an offense that scores 13 points. Period. In any game.

            Steelers Kenny Pickett/Mitch Trubisky 5-7

We by far have the best QB so is it the injuries (ribs included) or the coaching?

Are we over performing or under performing.

Which of those teams have under performed the most?

            Which has over performed?
Steelers are in Year 1, have a new GM + QB. Need larger window to evaluate, reshape roster. Steelers have some quality pieces but are a sub .500 club. Two solid drafts will put them contending for the division. I think we can all agree the coaching is there.

Browns have an awful owner in Jim Haslett. The Watson situation is a disaster. I like their coach and GM. I can't judge further as the Watson move was asinine.

Raiders are in Year 1 of build of GM Dave Zeigler. Need larger window to evaluate reshape roster. Chandler Jones had his best day as a Raider today. I've never seen Justin Herbert face a dirtier pocket than he did today. Today was also Jerry Tillery's best day as a pro as I saw it.

Patriots are lacking consistency in their QBing from QB Mac Jones and adjusting to Matt Patricia as OC (or whomever their OC really is). Defense is still excellent.

It's extra maddening because he HAS invested the resources into the OL - it just hasn't panned out. Regardless, 10 years is an eternity in the NFL and his record speaks for itself.
TT is horrible (if he is the one making the decisions)....

TT's only successful draft picks have been 1st rounders who were obvious BPAs: Bosa, Herbert, James, Slater, Zion...... most other first rounders have been reaches: Fluker, Gordon, Murray, .... and after first round, extreme high number of failures...... good and great GM's draft the bulk of their teams from 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, rounders, and somtimes find gems in 6th or 7th.....
Steelers and patriots let FA's leave every year, yet they succeed because their middle round backups have speed, toughness, and can actually play?????......

As bad as TT has been, this team does have better talent than many teams at certain positions........ the biggest problem with Chargers is horrible greedy cheap ownership who know that they will make just as much money losing as they do if they spend more and win.... so they hire the cheapest, softest, yes-man coaches they can find......

This team cannot tackle because they are not coached to do so.....
This team stupidly taunts its opponents because the coaches do not forbid it.....
This season we have played the softest, easiest schedule maybe ever...... we have only played 2 good teams, KC and SF, and lost to both...... we have also lost to a bunch of bad teams and bad QB's....... who had their best games against our defense...... and the teams we beat, we barely beat and they were bad teams with bad QB's.....

The Chargers are NOT a good team. We are NOT a well coached team. And we have a bad GM (if he is the one making so many bad decisions).....Maybe its the owners son who is making our draft choices? So then TT's problem is no balls to force the issue.

Serious question: how many teams would score more than 13 points on O with 4 of their 5 linemen down, while also missing WR2, WR4 and TE 2? Not an excuse, just the sad reality.

AND with a defense that cannot tackle, stop the run ...or the pass.....

I left out the Jets. Robert Saleh is in year 2 and he benched his starter at QB and lost RB Breece 'The Beast' Hall and they are still holding down the 7th playoff spot at 7-5. Anyone else see UDFA RB Zonovan Knight step up today? Kid plays so fast.

we may as well start losing and improve our draft position (the cupboard is not bare, but there are holes), this season looks lost.

it is not even the wins and losses, it's how bad we look. like we have no business mentioning playoffs.

I see a lot of people hoping we somehow magically win out and go to the playoffs. Even if that happens, I'm not particularly excited to see this team thoroughly outcoached by a premier coach and outmanned in talent by a more physical team when all the chips are in.
