better, finished with the same W-L record and loss in the PO without their starting QB. Making us possibly the 6th best team in the conference. The guy was spot
      on with his facts.
W-L in the 2022 season. What are you talking about?

In 2022 the Jags were 9-8. Lac was 10-7.

Which teams were better. I count 4 and possibly 5. W-L can be meaningless. It's about who is better. That determination
is made in the POs. W-L only gets you in. Then you have to prove it. So 3 had better W-L. One the same and one that had
a 9-8 record beat us twice, once badly.

And they kicked our behind, not once but twice.

Think about this...we replaced Both Coordinators for the upcoming season. That's got to be worth a couple more victories right there....LOL!
Chiefs won the Superbowl with 10 Rookies....

We lost to them twice grad to head, so they were the better team. If a 13-4 team loses the Super Bowl to a 12-5 team, which team is better?

They were so evenly matched that it took a feather weight on the scales to determine the victor!

I was glad they didn't hire Rivera as coach. I knew he didn't have the goods to coach up talent to the next level.

                        "Leveraged" ... what a term.

Of course the Chargers are counting on a good draft, short and long term, and THAT has not happened yet.

The return of Bosa, Austin Johnson and Slater, the upgrade with Hendricks over Tranquill, and the retention of Pipkens and Parham, will all serve us quite well.

Finally it is only natural that Staley's defensive concepts would be expected take hold more firmly in year three, with numerous young, returning journeymen.

Any unnamed NFL executive would have to know all this to be self apparent, so how is this outspoken commentary not 100% useless ?

Let someone else win the current 2023 off season, as we are busy building towards the prime seasons of the Herbert era.
Maybe we do play modern football.
