Referring to Staley's comments that QJ is being brought about slowly and didn't expect him to contribute early. That has changed now
that MW is out. So we'll see how it goes.

You normally do not bench a 1st rounder early unless it's a QB. Maybe the comment was made because they expect Allen or MW would be gone
next year.

QJ will be fine but may take longer to develop. Hopefully Harbaugh make him a superstar next year.

Great news is while QJ is/was a second Round project, Tuli is proving to be a first Round. It's all how you look at things.
As far as QJ stepping up, I've already found three posters on this page who have cosigned on this. Please, please, please temper your expectations.

Saying 2nd rd talent post draft is meaningless. Very unlikely that he would not have been taken in the 1st. He could be all world, HOF or a bust.
We'll see. He's on a good team for a young WR.
