My theory doesn't involve any conspiracies. Belichick is a cheat. The only person he is conspiring with is himself. There is actual evidence for this theory.

However, a lot of people have been wasting their time on a hocus-pocus theory. Belichick waved his magic greatest-coach-ever-by-a-mile wand, and, poof, a dynasty has been manifested from deflated air. Pay attention to the magic hoodie and the pile of bullshit so you don't notice the times his team has been caught cheating.

      I don't think this is a wake-up-sheeple moment. It's a, hey, Google "Spygate" moment.

I only see one person on this board wasting time on hocus-pocus theory. Is it hard to sleep in a tin foil hat?

          Here you go.

"In fact, many former New England coaches and employees insist that the taping of signals wasn't even the most effective cheating method the Patriots deployed in that era. Several of them acknowledge that during pregame warm-ups, a low-level Patriots employee would sneak into the visiting locker room and steal the play sheet."

That doesn't come from some little-known Youtube conspiracy-theorist. It comes from ESPN investigative reporters.

The widespread perception that Spygate was worse than was ever made public turned Deflategate into what one owner terms a "makeup call" by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and his league.

Yes, yes, yes, we are all familiar with that story. Everybody is. Yet...somehow he's still considered the best coach in football. Makes ya wonder, doesn't it?

You and a few others make more than one.

If you think my thoughts that the Patriots cheat is a "tin-foil hat" theory, you are ignoring facts. The Patriots have been caught twice cheating and have been given, by the NFL's weak-ass standards, severe penalties. Nothing I'm saying is made up.

Yea, it does. You're making my point.

If your point is that you are in the minority that thinks the Bellicheck isn't a good coach, than yes - I do agree.

Let's be real - the inflate gate "cheating" was a $25k fine max. They were penalized harshly for not cooperating. And lest you forget, even our beloved Chargers have had players suspended for cheating with PEDs.

I am being real. The deflate-gate cheating, whether it was for illegally deflating footballs or for not cooperating, was a 4-game suspension for the starting quarterback, a guy who brings up the ratings and makes the NFL's broadcasters a lot of money. If Brady got suspended, the NFL obviously doesn't think the Cheatriots are playing fair.

You can't say, "Let's be real," and continue to not be real. I'm dipping out of this argument for a bit. I'll let you have the last word - for now.

This isn't a matter of having the last word. I think Bellicheck is one of the best coaches in league history and you think he is only a good coach because he cheats. Most people appear to lean towards my thinking, but that doesn't really matter. We'll just agree to disagree. Peace.

If he is good because he cheats conflicts with the fact that those who chest need to.
