I honestly have a hard time judging any RB we have had with the way our O was the past 3 years. Maybe with some real coaching and an upgraded offensive line he shows something.

With a very good OL, the RB's room is OK.

I mean if we sign Verrett would we be thinking we are set at CB?
no, we will draft at least one CB and at least one RB and at least one WR... and at least one TE..... and at least one or 2 OL....

Rather take a chance with a risky Dobbins than continue with the Spiller Experiment. That dudes just not going to make it in the NFL, you can't blame all of his woes on coaching and scheming, he's just not that good.

            Agreed,
I’m not touching RB until late 5th at the earliest and prefer 6th.

I’m using those mid round picks to build depth on the OLine and DLine.
            i might even use #105 or #110 to trade for a CB1.

I mentioned this in the Dobbins tread but it seems everyone is here talking about it.

Our entire 5 man RB room will cost around the same as one of Josh Jacobs or Derrick Henry.

              Great value.

I posted this in the Dobbins thread as well.

This has potential to be a great move. If Dobbins is all the way healthy, he’s more explosive than Edwards.

I’ve been very impressed with Joe Hortiz’s discipline to the positional value. They wanted to jump into the Sequan/Jacob’s/Henry pool but when the market didn’t stay suppressed as expected, they pivoted to their secondary plan.
Now their entire 4/5 man RB room will cost them less than $6,000,000. Great job by Joe to stay true to a commoditized position.

Now they just need to find their Keaton Mitchell and if he improved on his Blitz pick up, they may have him in-house already with Elijah Dotson.

Still could go RB mid rounder if there’s one there they like more than who’s available at other positions. Get the picks, let the draft come to you, choose wisely.

Dobbins signing pretty much guarantees the only way they draft an RB before the 5th rd is if one they really like falls and is far and away their top rated player at whatever slot they are at. Injury history or not. It's a wrap🤣
