Mahomes has had pretty darn good defenses. even that first super bowl...IIRC their D wasnt very good during the regular season but POs came and they got really good. How can a QB win if he MUST score over 28 points/game?Comment

Herbert would look a whole lot better with Jones and Kelce. You remove them from KC and put them on LAC and Herbert would have won all those narrow losses.
But as far as hard to defend QB’s…..When Lamar Jackson is in the zone, he’s better than Mahomes. The trouble is….while Jackson has a higher ceiling, he also has a lower floor than Mahomes. His inconsistency is still a problem compared to the more reliable Mahomes.Comment

LJ's issue is his inconsistent accuracy. He is uber athletic, no doubt about that. But as a QB I'm not too sure if he has all the cognitive recognition parts down...plus the inaccuracy inconsistencies. But watching him run...most RBs cant even move like him.Comment
