Just saw Sticks first pick. He had his receiver open on the sideline behind CB coverage, he hung it up too long and didnt throw it far enough. That let the S get over and take it

Just saw his second pick. Telegraphed it all the way, then a bad pass to inside of receiver, made it easier for the defender to cut in front. If he tossed it outside shoulder, maybe he had a chance. No chance where he put the ball, ILB was just sitting there waiting.

Stick forced it. Played "mini Hero Ball"...

Depth on the OL would be better than having a 4th QB when you only need two.

Okay, so here are the OT's taken after Stick. Actually, I would have taken CB Corey Ballentine in round 5 if Stick not taken:

So Stidham did well against 3rd stringers with 3 starting WRs and Bayless is in awe? lol...OK. He should be banging the drum for Cardale then since he did well against 3rd stringers but minus our 3 starting WRs.
Oh and he also called Hoyer the best backup in the league.

I'd agree. 4 QBs is a lot of QBs when its unlikely that #2 will even play.

Easton Stick had the disadvantage of having to perform well as a rookie quarterback. For the most part he did. He knew he had to do something special on Thursday and probably made some throws he ordinarily wouldn't want to make.

Cardale Jones might be a quality backup quarterback. Rookie qbs generally don't have to beat those guys out.

                        Bad break for Easton

Stick might make it now. Jones apparently cut... I hope he goes to the XFL vs sitting in limbo.
