Pretty early to be pushing the panic button when we haven't even played our first preseason game yet. The team has a much better idea of when Okung will (or won't) be back so I'd expect if he won't be back soon that they will want to see Tevi and Scott in a couple of preseason games first before they do anything.

I'm expecting to see this lineup, the majority of the first half against Arizona:

        Scott / Lamp / Feeney / Schofield / Tevi

I don't think we'll see much Schofield unless they want to try him at OT. He was our best OG last year. The other guys are probably on a snap count in PS1. We have 16 OL and need to give some depth a shot.

It is early August. They are improving as individual players. The group dynamic is just now getting started. Look over the next 2 weeks for the Oline positions to get set and the group becomes 1 cohesive unit.

His work in tandem with Tevi on picking up stunts was weak and needs more reps.
He has not worked much with Feeney at center.

You might be right, but if so it would be bewildering.

Based on how he played last year, Schofield should be competing for a position - not given preseason games off.
The difference between him and Feeney on pass pro isn't pronounced & Feeney was the much better run blocker.

I also actually felt that Schofield was worse than Feeney last year and was more responsible for the right side collapse than Tevi. Obviously, the coaches currently feel differently but I feel that Schofield is who he is at this point with no potential upside anymore besides depth. I would have liked to see Lamp at RG and Feeney at LG, or vice versa.

With NO Rivers behind that mess.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
