Notice that a lot of starters are sitting out the preseason, especially QBs? It's a trend. Don't read too much into it. Unless you think the Rams and Saints have bad OL as well.

Understood but I doubt there are many QBs taking zero snaps. One thing I am sure we can all agree on: IT'S A DARN GOOD THING HE WASN'T IN THERE SUNDAY VS. SAINTS!

I suspect that OL would have looked a lot better with Rivers and Pouncey against the Saints. Things like picking up blitz protection would have happened. As for the zero snaps how many have Brees and Goff taken this preseason? In fact how many snaps have other QBs taken this preseason in general? You might find a trend.

Bad luck?!?No it's called bad GM'ing.Dude has a HOF q.b. and can't for the life of him put a solid o line in front of him.The only good players on our o line are OTHER GMs draft picks.Honestly if dude screws up on o line next year Im all for a new GM.

I agree. For a few years recently too LT has been a draft need w the aging Okung, even RT when Barksdale left. TT used a #1 for a RB, WR and a #2 for a TE recently. Look at the mess we are in now if Okung isn't ready.

Russell Okung isn't aging. He's only 30. Trent Williams, the one everyone wants to trade for, is actually older. As for Barksdale, he was replaced by Tevi who is better.

The starters that are not playing PS got a crap ton more and better work done in the sessions vs the Rams n Saints than and limited PS game snaps.

Nope. Lynn is benching a lot of vets in PS. He wants his top vets to take their more than 12 game full contact reps in the postseason, not now. The LAR, NO scrimmages plus team practices get them up to speed. Good choice IMO.

But seriously. He could have fooled me with how unreliable the guy was for this, that or another reason. Could never seem to get him to play for extended periods.
