My prediction is that bengals will receive more huge offers for that number one pick than anyone ever has....... so if they choose to keep it and take Burrow, they will have turned down alot of extra picks and or players.....
odds are if they did trade the pick it will be NE or NO who acquire there pick and get burrow......

CIN is a bad enough team and franchise that they may think they have so many holes to fill and that these QB's are not that much different that they would be willing to trade their pick away for say 2-3 plus first rounders and maybe more picks thrown in.....
I would still do it......we missed out on Elway because colts turned down 3 first round picks from Chargers...... yet sold him to DEN for less..... when you are a bad organization it costs you more to get players.....
Ironically, with Rivers in mind, the version that was provided for public consumption was that it was too soon to get Fouts successor. We missed out on Deshaun because of similar thinking.
Now, we ought to be willing to include the #6 overall pick, #37 overall pick, 2021 #1, 2022 #1 and Joey Bosa. Maybe that would be enough to outbid MIA, JAX and LVR.
I believe TT would do this...John Spanos is the key.Last edited by wu-dai clan; 01-13-2020, 10:04 PM.We do not play modern football.

The bigger blunder was not selecting Marino with one of our 3 picks after being turned down by colts..... Marino was a younger stroger Fouts..... perfect replacement.....

I did not like Billy Ray Smith or Gary Anderson.
Gawd.
Coryell going crazy over Gary Anderson.
Tom Bass thinking Billy Ray Smith was special.
Disasterous.
There was the rumor that Marino liked marching powder. We do not play modern football.
