The Titans resolved it differently than the Chargers have in the past by keeping the HC. Chargers both times let the HC go with terrible results. The HC is the most important person in your organization.

The Staley effect i guess. The Donaldless Ram defence held their own so an offence with a major QB downgrade from the Chargers with less healthy weapons could actually score 2 TDS and win.

Jacobs and Adams, the 2 weapons you have to worry about, were held to solid games but they both didnt expode like they did against the hapless Charger defence...and they actually generated soime pressure on Carr, not zero.

Wow...think of it...Raiders leading 16-10, with only 1:45 left in the game, a Raider punt drops the Rams all the way back to their 2-yd line. Looks hopeless. Mayfield has only been with the Rams for TWO DAYS...takes over at the TWO-yard line, then drives the Rams. Crosby sacks Mayfield for a 16-yd. loss, BUT...Tillery KNOCKS THE ROCK OUT OF MAYFIELD'S HANDS AFTER THE PLAY, resulting in an UNSPORTSMANLIKE PENALTY and an AUTOMATIC first down!!!:
