Well, down 30+ lbs since April. Paleo and no alcohol.

I've now been eating off my diet for a couple weeks because I was losing too much too fast.

But 12-15 lbs left to go.

Short the life insurance companies the actuarial data is UGLY for males between 18-49 and it’s non COVID related. They’ve never seen anything like it.

Probably a 2 mile kayak all the way around the lake. Part of the workout routine. Im gonna get so ripped again.

This was me at 40. Gonna get after it again. Let myself go. Full time single dad also impacted the diet and lifestyle.

Sounds like a plan...if yer gonna work out, so much the nicer when you have cool scenery...

Im totally over capsule supps. Pretty much just stacking Athletic Greens with Sun Warrior. 5G of glutamine on top of that.

    Changes...

    --Gold Standard Whey added.
--Pharmaceutical Grade Liquid Fish Oil, 1-2 tablespoons/day.
    --CoQ 10/PQQ same.
    --NAD+ w/Resveratrol; previously w/NR; now NMN.
--LEF Mix/ ORAC EG powders now two-thirds dosage each.
    --Shilajit replaced by Nattokinase powder.
    --Chrysin replaced by DHEA.
    --AMPK same.

I would like to add Rapamycin (mTor) to complete the three pathways to youthful genetic expression.

I have become aware of groundbreaking work in anti-aging. NMN (Nicotinimide mononucleotide) is the key component in helping enzymes cause certain proteins (sirtuins) to signal cells via NAD to mimic calorie restriction.

NMN, Resveratrol, and Nattokinase in powdered form, are readily available from Bulk Supplements in Herderson NV. All lab tested.

Hope I have that right, pretty close. What we have here is "workout in a bottle." Time for wu to hit the gym and get out of COVID, Pillsbury Doughboy phase. Saunas, cold showers, brief, intense supersets, mild cardio...

Props to many, especially David Sinclair, phd.

Also props to the soil of the island of Rapa Nui aka Easter Island where the yeast Rapamycin/mTor was discovered 30 years+ ago.

The snack of the day is...

    Luke's Organic Cheddar Lightning Bolts.

A healthy twist on Crunchy Cheetos.

    In the Powder Blue bag.

The natural cheddar cheese gives the tasty snacks a sunshine yellow tint.

    Enjoy.
