2021 Draft Discussion - Bolts Pick 13th

Here's my latest mock. Take care of O line with Cosmi and Davis in first two picks. Edge in round 3 with Sanders to replace Ingram. In round 3 comp pick, a solid FS in LeCounte to split the field with Adderley in Tampa-2 D. A cover corner in Carter in round 4 to pair with Davis to man up on the other corner, another essential element of Tampa-2. We may also need to pick up a FA cover corner for depth. Our new Mike LB in round 5 in Gaoteote, who is decent in coverage, also a Tampa-2 feature. (Murray moves to Will). Another Edge with Thomas in round 6 in the rotation so our D won't get so gassed. Pierce in rd. 6 is a tough and physical RB to get those first downs and goal line TD's. More depth at IDL in round 7 with Ray. I would also target a FA for additional depth at IDL.

What's everyone's take on Cosmi?
Is he going to be a monster, or just a guy? I'm okay with just a guy at 13( thanks, Lynn!) as long he gives JH time to make plays but I'd be happier with a monster.

Not a monster. More project than finished project. Has the tools but he’ll take a season or 2 before he cracks the starting lineup

I think we need a plug and play type guy that can come in and play. I like the mock draft above though - hits the right positions.

Eichenberg a better player?

Eichenberg is a solid technician with an adequate skillset but is a marginal athlete. I think he is a ORT and has a chance to start year 1.

Little is in my top 15. Mayfield and Darrisaw are top 25-30.
I think Slater and Leatherwood are OGs.
CREED is looking great at #13 as OL goes too.

Day 2 looks like a better draft slot for OT.
