Obviously I don’t believe in curses
but thats probably the best way to describe the “Chargering” phenomenon
The only common denominator are the Spanos
Unfortunately, ownership isn’t changing anytime soon.
so how do we address Chargering if we can’t change the one common denominator?
Imv, this is a systemic issue
systems theory suggests, you don’t have to have a true understanding of the mechanics of “Chargering” to change it
you simply need to interrupt the system in a significant way.
We made a significant change at QB and we’re still Chargering, so we need to go bigger
Even if Chargering isn’t due TO Lynn, it makes sense to change for the sake of disruption
Telesco may be next, but imo that doesn’t disrupt the culture as immediate or significant as HC

This “Chargering” phenomenon as you call it was here long before Lynn. HC after HC have come and gone but the problem remains. Are you aware that the very first HC (Sid Gilman) is the most successful we've had? Both by games won and winning percentage. It's sad that all the HC's since Sid retired have been unable to do that well.

Makes me wonder what is wrong with me that I've stuck with them for all these years. :dunno:

Maybe he does but this forum is made much better because he spends his time studying film. We had a draft guy like Ninja at the CMB for several year - Ron Mancil, but he eventually grew tired of all the time it took.

It takes a lot of time. I stopped doing it so much as well. No big mocks anymore with 7 full rounds going over teams FA loses and acquisitions. Hec some Saturdays I don't even watch college football now. If I'm going to spend a day watching football, it's going to be on Sundays, but the refs/rules are making that less fun now lol.

I did like talking players with RMancil and his blue posts.
