For the vet minimum or a little signing bonus and the minimum - I am not against it. If there are other options, open to them. Like right now, I think S is more pressing than slot nickel CB.

No...I don't see it on Sportrac yet. I think he still might be in play after the draft. I really don't think we'll know until after day 3 what we have there in the DB department.

I couldn't find any mention of Callahan signing a new contract.
His wikipedia page still has him unsigned.

Watching their long faces when it was announced that Herbert was the selection is priceless.
Its still out there somewhere.

P.S. They also hated the Murray selection

Over at SDUT Sign on San Diego forums, I was the ONLY poster who predicted and lauded the JH pick.
