When did we resign Callahan? Did I miss the memo???

      No. 21: Los Angeles Chargers

Daniel Popper: Michael Mayer, TE, Notre Dame
Dane Brugler: Michael Mayer, TE, Notre Dame
The Athletic beat writer mock draft: Lukas Van Ness, Edge, Iowa
      Betting market: Wide Receiver
Today is wide open. I'm gonna puke if TT drafts an interior lineman in the first and surprises the world.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
      The Wasted Decade is done.

I have no idea what you're talking about. What link? What's an 'OP' (Does that stand for 'original post')? LOL! Don't worry about me. I'll just click on the last entry and scroll backwards. They'll be more posts than I can keep track of anyway.

F’me, thought Staley kept him? Signed 3 year w/Ponnies? Sucks, well there you go then, Brian Branch.

              I'll puke if they use a 1st on a plodder TE . . . . . . . we need either trenches (O & D) or explosives.

I'm game. But...unfortunately I don't have a strong opinion, nor the knowledge, about the college players to make any incendiary posts. Bijan...cool. Mayer...sure. Porter...why not? The team has so many needs it should be hard *not* to find a good fit. But then again, we ARE talking about Telesco, who could probably screw up a wet dream.

No...I don't see it on Sportrac yet. I think he still might be in play after the draft. I really don't think we'll know until after day 3 what we have there in the DB department.

Will you puke if/when someone gets hurt on the interior of the line and he has to play?

Will the thought process that a selected player needs to make a significant impact THIS year color the teams decisions on early round selections? I would expect a learning curve to get any receiver (WR or TE) up to NFL speed, but a RB can usually hit the ground running, as can an edge or interior O or D lineman.

TT and Staley are all in for 23 - I believe they would PREFER to avoid early round project players, or positions with a steep learning curve. They need impact players NOW, not 2 years from now, if they want to keep their jobs.

                        We didn't - though I'd love to.

As long as he's still available after the draft - I'd love to have him back as well . . . . . . . maybe there is something to this 'handshake agreement' between Bryce and Staley we've heard about. I'd like Van Noy on a close to vet min contract as well.
