Receivers very rarely make an impact their first season unless they're a top 10 monster athletic player. Why would we want to take on a project where we won't know what we have until season 2. Super good DBs will start to make an impact after game 4 of the regular season. TE might have a greater impact by mid season than a smallish receiver.

Only if we overdraft a player who has holes in his game like last season. Hey we can fix this or that....I stll think we can grab a very good RB in the third round.

What’s the difference between Darnell Washington and Kyle Pitts????? Pitts had loads of potential. So if we can get this guy at 21 we gotta take him.

Washington is TE1 in my book and as deep as the TE class is, and considering how under valued a "blocking TE" can be, I think he can be had with our round 2 pick.
