It's not much of a mystery, they want a true, A gapping workhorse that can take 20 plus carries if needed.
And Roman is willing to sacrifice catching ability for it.

Matt Miller of ESPN also said at the Michigan Pro Day that after speaking to Josh McCown that the Viking are going all in. And they have a private workout scheduled with JJ.

I would try and trade back again even later in the 1st from 23 to get another 3rd rounder. I think Cooper will still be available in the late 20s.

If Trader Joe is smart, and I think he is, he'll make the Vikes sweat...I'm sure he's peddling that 5th rounder and sparking all kinds of trade rumors to get that Vike cash register to cha-CHING big time!

I like it! I would probably add Colson 35b because Coop could go in the 1st rnd. I know a lot of mocks have Green going in the 4th rnd but I can see him lasting that long, maybe. I'm glad Nourzad is starting to get attention, I think he could be a steal of the draft.

Green could go late 3rd I guess. Or he could be there top of the 4th 🤷. Seen him anywhere from late 3rd to the 6th.
