You really don’t need to draft a RT in the first round period. It’s not a premium position like LT is. This is a deep draft class and you can get a future starter as late as early 5th round possibly.
Harbaugh built Michigans line with a bunch of 3-star guys. Not premium 5-star guys that become high draft picks. When you can coach OLineman, you can find them virtually anywhere outside of LT. Danta Scarnecchia was the best at this for New England for over 3 decades.

Agreed. But I do like Fuaga. He'd be one I wouldn't be upset with if we did trade down. The only reason I'd trade out of #5 would be to get Fuaga or Murphy and get someone like Mitchell or Mckinstry late first. Otherwise I'd stay and take best pass catcher avail. Bowers there would still be a lil rich

He punched a girl when TENN beat them and the fans stormed the field.
He’s had 10 personal foul penalties at BAMA.
He was at Georgia and had some kind of falling out and there was a bunch of drama. Ended up at BAMA.
He’s in anger management. But so was George Constanza….

And he's 24?? That's a bit much. Lack of maturity and moral integrity if he punched a female. Also lack of self-control. Hard Pass if true.....give him a few yrs to grow up and maybe look at him as free agent later😂

At 18 we took Amarius Mims.
At 23 it was Brian Thomas Jr.

Mims was seen as the last top tier tackle with Terrion Arnold a close 2nd at 18.
They passed up opportunities for Nabers, Odunze, Bowers, Fuaga and Mims. Jets took Fautanu..

Trevor Sikkema, Connor Rodgers, Brett Kollmann and EJ Snyder are all very savvy in my view.

I would have thought a bit about Graham Barton at 18.

Did they address the extensive injury history and concerns of Mims? He’s probably the most talented tackle in this draft but has a lot of injury concerns that most like will make him a late first at best. Like mid to upper 20’s.
Thomas will likely be WR4 off the board and may not make it to #23.
Final question, did they at least get any future capital or are they acting like 2024 is the last NFL Draft? That’s a lot of movement for a draft that’s light on elite blue chip players.

Thanks for sharing, I just think some of these folks are trying to fill content and I suspect the final installments will be much different the days before the draft.

After all the injury issues some of our players have had (Bosa, Mike Will, others), I'd kind of prefer that we draft someone with a healthier history...
