I like the guy for a number of reasons: he's a big time thrower who doesn't need to step into the ball to get it down field.
He's thrown some bad interceptions - no doubt.

I don't like much about Washington's offense other than Eason.

Personally, i'd love to go Thomas/Brown with the first pick and then move back into the 1rst round to pick up Eason. Losing a third/fourth (Eason being your 2nd) won't make much difference next year anyhow.

Get a possible franchise qb and give up on the next Pipkens/Tranquil or Jones/White.....i'd do it.

he played one year at UW after sitting out a transfer year. He started 12 games at GA in 2016. Got hurt early n 2017, Fromm took over and that was it for him in GA. Transferred/sat in 2018.

To see Fromm that high on there to me is kind of a joke. He had a gawd awful season. Both he and Tua need to go back to the SEC for another year.......

I really like Eason too.

The criticism of Eason is that he is lazy - he hasn't learned the Washington offense sufficiently and makes bad decisions;
that he depends too much on his talent (which is higher than anyone's imho).
On this i couldn't say; but if true, you tend to want to avoid such players, especially at qb.

As previous posters have said he only played for Wa for one season.

And since we're on the subject of stories about qbs, what about stories of Burrow freely partaking in enjoying the weed ?

Does that change any opinions about him on this board ?

I never really cared about weed smokers. It's not a big deal to me. Only that it is a issue with the NFL which I think needs to be addressed with different type of drug tests just like it needs to be addressed in drugs test of any businesses that do drug tests.

It's legal in many states, change the tests accordingly.

Testing positive for marijuana is a clear violation of the current CBA and is grounds for an immediate suspension.

There is talk of relaxing that rule in the next CBA as MLB has done but the next CBA looks to be 3-4 years away at best.
