Future With Lynn?

I would still want Lynn fired in hopes they don’t lose Herbert to injury. Maybe these community college lineman can pick it up the last few games of the season and block long enough.

I no longer care if they fire Lynn. It's actually too late. The culture of losing has permeated the players now. They are beyond redemption. The entire roster will have to be cleansed. It's going to be many years in the desert now. Wandering aimlessly.

IMO, Lynn is such a bad head coach that even an average head coach should allow for an immediate transition next year into being a playoff team with 7 spots available. I certainly do not think we are in the bottom 9 teams in the conference in terms of talent.

First , get a real Head coach. Not just a coordinator - that model doesn't work. Brian Kelly, Harbaugh, Jim Campbell, Chuck Pagano - all are winners. There head coaching record has the W more than the L. That matters.

Second get a real OL. Two players

Three - fix special teams

Four - hire a real Head Coach
