He has failed miserably. And I don't trust him to be honest. But he has one more chance to hit on OL, Special Teams and help pick the HC.

If he signs the right HC, the Chargers will be a consistent playoff team - again. A strong minded, aggressive HC will put his stamp on FA & the draft. I'd settle for that right now.

Its why I really want Harbaugh
I like Daboll but Harbaugh I think would kick some major azz and
I am so tired of losing after these ten years - that if harbaugh comes to the chargers - they will win

Garrett annoys the hell out of me, standing on sidelines, arms crossed...but his teams competed...and Romo blew some big moments in his tenor...my brothers a big cowboy fan...

Mixed feelings there...competent, no question...but can he command that lockerroom? No Dez on this team...and no Jones family over his shoulder...and TT wont put head cases and bad boys on his roster...tough call.

Not a coach in the league that can clap for his men running off the field like Jason Garrett though.

Harbaugh would be a solid choice. Has led teams at different levels to success( 49ers, USD, Stanford).
Be nice to bring in an HC with a winning CV.....as a Head Coach.
