All true except PR. He hasn’t been practicing fielding punts in practice, nor has he done it in a game. The reason is a mystery to me, but it’s true.

Thought since we drafted him that we should have been doing with Reed what Washington did with Antonio Gibson. Very similar players, but Reed exclusively as a slot receiver never seemed like a fit.

I figured Proehl would be released but like others suprised to see it now. Thought Bandy would go since he was basically already cut once.

Reed is injured? I think. And he is a tweener. I thought maybe a smart guy like Lombardi might find a use for him

I think Hill demonstrated all last season that he basically can catch a punt. And then that is about it as a returner

Someone in the rumors thread said Proehl is injured. Surprised Popper didn’t know first. As far as I’ve seen that info isn’t public.

On a positive note, I really like the way Bradwell has been playing. He’s very much improved.

He can catch! So far he’s been targeted 6 times and made 5 receptions. Not many yards, but still showing some hands.

He’s also running hard.
5 carries for 29 yards and a TD…behind our worst OL.

Plus, a couple of really nice ST tackles.

Ragin Bull Bradwell deserves a spot.

It’s a lot more than Kelley can say.

I used to crack bad jokes about a couple of the rabble rousers over at UT and Gump would send me an IM appreciating my take. Then i made jokes about him and he mod’d me (suspenders, not the belt). Lol, badge of honor. That guy turned into such a control freak tool, which is why i started mocking him. he was cancel culture before cancel culture was cool.

I’m with the let boys be boys in the interwebby thing, but i guess i can imagine there might be some sort of hypothetical extreme line to not cross. Somewhere. Maybe. Meh - let it fly. I’m only well mannered here because Fleet is an ace of a guy, best guy we could have ever hoped to corral this band of misaligned misfits. Here’s to Fleet:

My point is I am not sure Telesco can even identify the kickers to bring into camp.

I was thinking about the Proehl surprise as he seemed to have more promise than most scrubs. I’m thinking they cut him today so he could more easily clear waivers while teams still have an extra 30 guys to get rid of on their rosters, then they will no-poach him on PS. Just a guess … we’ll see soon enough. Proehl unfortunately #6 or 7 on the WR chart, and they won’t carry 6 on the roster.

KA, Dubs, Palmer, Guyton, TJ … he’s on the wrong team. He might want to consider signing onto a PS on a different team, actually, he’s not obligated to sign with the Bolts.
