Why do people believe that Detroit Lion personnel decisions revolve around Lynn?

If the Lions want a receiver with speed and are interested in T Johnson, they'll approach Lynn and ask some questions;
it will not be Lynn suddenly getting on his cell phone and calling up the GM.

^ This. No doubt about it, T-Billy's ability is there, and a great asset. So, he was cut for some other reason, apparently the mental mistakes that Staley thought wouldn't improve with time and practice...too bad--4.3 speed doesn't grow on trees....

When I think of Benjamin - I think of how many times he avoided contact and not get the first down. If it was on 2nd down, it left a 3rd and short they didn't convert; if it was on third down it brought up fourth down and they went for and didn't get it and punted. Sooooo many times

One catch against KC though

Yes, he did great on the one catch against KC when it really, really counted. But I also remember all the times he got thrown around like a stuffed animal by opposing defenders. At his size and weight, he has to be pretty brave just to step foot on the field. I think his equipment weighs more than he does.

Benj had two great catches in the fourth quarter in that KC game. But, he simply drops too many.

Speaking of dropping, Guyton drops too many too. In fact, I probably would have cut him and kept Johnson if I was the coach. But, I trust the coaches know more about those two than I do so they must have had their reasons.
