Expect rapid player development @ LAC !
In the offseason - on twitter had a thread where it was talked about what makes a good head coach. Stacey Dales and Jeremiah responded. And they included things that seemed to be the strength of Anthony Lynn
I would think a good head coach
1) prepares the team during practice time to be ready for the game
2) during the game, can make adjustments if need be. And that could also mean ripping up the play sheet after the first quarter and creating a new strategy for the game.
Too many times the Chargers just do not seem prepared to play and are not prepared to adapt.

Last season we had no preseason and little TC. No OTAs. Big difference this year and it's no comparison, so I don't agree.
I see no reason to put starters in there for much time at all and turn an ankle or tweak a knee or shoulder and have it bother them all season.Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:
- 69-74 record
- 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
- Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
- 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
- 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
- Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
- Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

Per ChargersPulse on Instagram, quoting Daniel Popper on Tweeter:
Parham has an injured tailbone. To be determined whether he plays tomorrow.
Gabe Nabers has swelling on his knee
ChargersPulse is on top of everything Chargers related. He always on top of everything Chargers related.
As has been reported, the Chargers have brought back Matt Seybert, a TE. I don't know if that has anything to do with Parham's injury.
