Coach Staley Discussion - Fired

We are currently the 5th least penalized team. That is a sign that Staley is doing something right. I do not recall a Chargers team this disciplined.

I don't think Rayshawn Jenkins would last under Staley. When he was with the Chargers he thought he was hot stuff.

Thanks Rich. I think they should put an ankle weight on Feiler's wrist and he can get a good arm workout in while he plays the game. Interesting that the Bolts do this no matter where they play.

At most home games we don’t have much of a fan advantage so I guess it makes sense for us to do it all the time.

I've been a critic of Staley's tactics in the past(Not necessarily on here) but must give him credit last night for making the adjustments and calls when we needed to and to get us the huge W.

IIRC, Staley mentioned that when implementing Fangio's D in Chicago it was in the 3rd year that they got the personnel and everyone comfortable with the scheme and it took off. Same thing happening here???
