Whoever the HC is next year, he needs to get on the phone to Steve Smith and ask him to be the WR coach. He will not sugar coat anything when it comes to what those WRs need to do.

I think EB is a career OC but would welcome him in that role here.

Half of our soft ass players would quit under EB . . . . . . . he probably wouldn't let them have any play dates at Chucky Cheese . . . . . . . .
