Murray and White played the whole game. (Well, Murray played every defensive snap, while White played 38/55 because the Chargers were in the nickle/dime much of the time.) Popper has said that White beat out Tranquill for the second ILB starting position. But I agree that it was suprising that neither Murray nor White was given a breather.

Only 55 defensive snaps. He would have played more with more snaps.

Just in case anyone wants to downplay the quality of the win or the opponent. We were road underdogs and took their lunch. Score was a lot closer than the game.

Thought protection was plus all game against a defensive front loaded with first round picks who hit. Norton did better than I expected.

No easy answers to Bulaga status but see if Tom can do his job and bolster position.

Keenan Allen's 100 yard game puts him tied at No. 11 (with Tyler Lockett) after week 1, pending tonight's game. Tyreek Hill had 187 yards receiving yesterday to lead the league. A bit surprising is that Brandon Cooks, catching passes from Tyrod Taylor in Houston, had 132 yards, good for No. 4.

As far as receiving yards go, there were a LOT of big passes on blown assignments this week. WFT didn't blow any assignments like that. No free yards for us, all earned.

Pending tonight's game, Justin Herbert's 337 yards yesterday puts him tied with Patrick Mahomes for No. 5 in passing yardage. His yards per attempt - 7.2 - is No. 20 though.

Tranquill and Gilman both logged the most ST snaps with 19.
K9 and Kyzir were playing very physical and well.
