Rivers had 5 seasons as bad or worse than Herbert's current INT rate this year.

Nature of the interceptions.

No delay of game this year so far. Certainly not multiple, plus multiple wasted time outs, in a single game.

No delay of games or plays at the end of the 40 second clock.

If a border line HOFer was never immune from criticism here, a 23 year old qb (granted with tremendous talent) will suffer the same fate.
