^ This...good idea...and if the Bolts think so highly of Vizzy, keep him on the PROTECTED PS while he learns on the job...in the meantime, sign either Verity or Lambo...even the Ravens, for crying out loud, have a kicker on the PS...

Im not following the keeping of viz right now. put him on the practice squad. aint NO ONE gonna poach him off of there even if he isnt protected. I dont want a game to come down to him making a high-pressure extra point kick when he cant even make extra pointers with no pressure. I read Lambo had been the most accurate kicker in the last 3 years until this year. maybe it was cuz he was injured and why he wasnt kicking well this season?

I get the show me instantly crowd wanting changes made but…….

1. Does the coaching staff/personnel department feel this 2021 team is a SB roster?
2. How do you develop guys if you don’t give them in game opportunities?
3. How do we accurately know what talent levels we have have without developmental time?
4. Stop just throwing out names of UFA/Trade Scenarios and do research into the current performance level of that said player, his scheme fit, cost $/draft capital, etc.

I realize the emotional passions that we all have but a bit more rational review please gents.
Sometimes I feel like I’m reading a chain text messages of 20+ ex-wives from hell just bitching, complaining, and moaning.
