Would Ross or Marty's styles work with today's pampered, entitled athletes?

Doesn't seem to be a issue with Reid or McDermott's players.

Barring a miracle level light going off, Kenneth Murray may be our Jonas Mouton. He does not look like an NFL player. Stiff at times. Reactive not proactive. Athleticism vs instincts. Anthony Lynn's guy. This is '22 NFL.

While I don’t completely disagree with you and yes he is Lynn’s guy. Murray showed a lot of promise his rookie year. We know everything Murray went through last year. And this year he has shown improvement. Staley has always preached using players to their strengths, but I’m not sure I completely believe that when it comes to Murray.

Reid is a hard ass at all. He’s pretty laid back actually. I’m not as familiar with McDermott.

Rules were different in that era and changes apply to all teams so it’s a level playing field.

Comparing to bygone eras is a fools errand.
