I truly think there are fans that are more passionate about the success of the team, study football and want the team to win more than Dean Spanos does...

I think he wants to win - but his actions speak - like he is good with the revenues coming in and valuation of the team. He is not alone as being a below average owner.

IMO Dean and the rest of the clan very much enjoy the prestige of being NFL owners, and that's the most important part to them, THEN comes winning . . . . . . .

They've carried five the last couple of seasons, and I think that's typically what they do. If Derius Davis makes the team, Guyton probably gets cut.

The Chargers need a starting free safety to replace Adderley, and I'd like to see them bring back Callahan and Van Noy. They're both still free agents.

I don't see them signing a free agent running back. Ekeler will play out his contract, Kelley seemed to be improving, and they'll see what they have in Spiller.

My first Charger at San Diego Stadium game was with Duane Thomas.
It was against the Cowboys.

Charger fans were yelling at him. My family got worked up about some loud mouths.


Duane married a medical doctor and seemed to have a productive life.
