Thank you. So many interesting stats in the NFL. It's why analytics keeps growing. I am not terribly surprised by our ranking, having watched all the games and seen Herbert's forced third down heroics time after time. The one team that does really surprise me is the Tom Brady led Buccaneers. Would not have thought that of him.

I don't desire to be the No. 1 offense in the league. I want to be the No. 1 team in the league with the number of wins and a championship. And if we've got to give up some production and take care of the ball a little better to get that, then that's what we'll do because we have a really good defense."

That, and it means a lot to offensive efficiency to be a more complete team than we were..
Last year: Chargers run/pass was 36.2/63.8%.
Where I'd like to see them run better/more is in the redzone. Their redzone scoring (TD) rate was @ 54.55%
For comparison, Dallas led the league with a 71.43%. Followed by KC (71.08) and Philly (68.00).

We don't have a running QB - we'll be closer to KC and CIN, ~60%“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”
