Yep. If the Bolts try to stash Stick on the PS, some team will poach him quicker than you can say "Wes Welker."

Pipkins AND Stick are both on the 53 this year and inactive on game day except if they come up with some special plays for Stick like New Orleans uses their 3rd QB on special teams

I think Pip could get poached also. Reportedly, several teams had their eye on Pip in rounds 4-5, hence TT's decision to pull the trigger on him a bit early...
