Benji wont command a big salary. He isnt a good hands guy and is a physical risk going across the middle. Twill was more complete of a player but he never was a true #1 in my book and got paid #1 money. No thanks.

I can at least cite two big catches by Benjamin last year.Last edited by Sgt. Pepper; 06-24-2019, 11:51 AM.

TWill had back to back 118 yard games in two huge road wins: @Clev and v the Titans in London. He scored 3 TDs over those two games. Both games were huge road wins against AFC opponents. In the playoffs, TWill had 103 receiving yards over the two games. MWill had 110. KA had 112. KA was the only WR to score a TD in the playoffs, against NE. TWill had 95 receiving yards in NE; MWill 68, KA 75.
Against the Ravens, his only memorable play was a drop in the redzone & the Chargers had to settle for a missed field goal. He caught two passes for 9 yards that day.
Against the Patriots, he did basically nothing the first half, when it was still a game. He looked impressive in garbage time, when the Patriot defense played softer coverage. It's not a good type of productivity.
Against Pittsburgh, K.C., Baltimore, ....... 5 big games & practically no production, & then the lack of production against New England in the first half. With Henry returning, he will not be missed.
