As I've said many times, I seriously don't think Rivers is the one...he just has a meltdown under any pressure...if this was Brady with a minute left, I GUARANTEE YOU he fires off some short out routes, stops the clock, moves the chains, puts the team in position to kick the FG...all those long passes, dumb, dumb, dumb...if it was Stitch who dialed up those plays, shame on him. If it was Rivers who audibled into them, shame on him...

If you noticed, Rivers got hit early and that’s all it took.

Same thing happened in the Steelers game. If you get him rattled early, he never recovers. I know the line is bad, but he missed some wide open passes tonight. Made epic stupid decisions on that last drive.

Whoever said bench him at halftime, I never got to post a reply. We should have. He was mentally out of it.

The entire drive Rivers was as bad as he started this game. Holding the ball looking for deep shots and throwing it up up for grabs. When the o line isnt good!?

Where was the 2 minute uptempo offense? It seemed like the Chargers offense regressed
to Philip Rivers taking control of the playing again. They panicked after the Oakland TD.

It's hard to blame him tho, especially with how bad our Oline is. If we had decent protection around him, I doubt he plays so shaky.

How can people NOT blame Rivers? He had an awful start and final drive. One minute and three time outs. It was awful. They didn’t sack him and he was off on every single pass that last drive FFS

Were they allergic to using timeouts?
We can blame Rivers for spazzing out, but direction from the sideline was absent.

Rivers gets the blame once again. Worst O-line in the league every year, and leads what should be a game winning drive with 3 minutes left, only to be let down by Gus' defense. What a joke.

The defense did blow it but we had 3 timeouts. Why all the bombs? Just get 10-15 yard plays and get in FG range. Horrible play calling.

Defense gave up 19 today. Not 26. Another 3 of those given up by defense were due to the offenses ineptitude.

Defense wasn't the biggest problem.

Gus still needs to go. His schemes are atrocious.
