Okay, IF as Tua's medicals and prognosis check out, and IF he's totally healthy for combine and pro day, and IF the Fins don't take him at #5, I'm good with this:

To me it looks like Tua may not make it past #2 as Washington desperately needs a QB. So if you want Tua you may have to trade up to 2.

Or do we sit tight, hold onto our picks and grab a good QB in the second tier of QBs like an Eason or Fromm.

Washington drafted Haskins just last year, they aren't "desperate" for a QB. They gonna pay Alex Smith, Haskins AND Tua big bucks?

I agree the only teams drafting before the Bolts that need a QB are Cinn, and Miami. Hopefully some other team that needs a QB will jump in ahead of us and take the #3 QB and we'll have a shot at the best OT (Thomas). If we could get Thomas we'd not only be improved next season, we'd be good to go at LOT for about the next 15 years.

I think if Tua is there at 4, Telesco will make call to the Giants to move up. I'm not sure we can afford to trade assets but if it gets us a Franchise QB then I am okay with that.

That would be ironic. The Gnats would be demanding a king's ransom to let the Bolts move up, just like AJ Smith picked the Gnats pocket with the Eli/Rivers trade...I'd rather wait to see who drops to #6...should be lots of solid choices...

If they pulled a move like AZ did last year with Rosen and trade Haskins, I could see it.... but I have no idea who'd be the taker.

Of course. Not every player drafted top 10 pans out. We can name players who were so called can't miss who flamed out. Robert Gallery, Tony Manderich, Brian Bosworth, Charles Rogers..... I can go on and on.

We could draft Herbert and he could never live up to his hype.. which I believe is what it is with him.
