I don’t recall TPB being as enthusiastic when he interviewed for LAC.- all i read was there must be a reason McVay doesnt promote him. I don’t konw but I’d bet that he’s a fine coach, McVay isn’t the kind of dude that will suffer fools under him. I’m happy we have Moore instead though. From what I see of the Carolina roster, he’s not going to be as successful as Moore and we will quickly conclude that Moore is a better coach (source: the players matter chapter of NFL Coaching 101).

I wouldn't be enthusiastic if he was ours because imo we don't have a qb expert on staff, and with Herbert, that was my main consideration. I feel we got that with Moore and now the qb coach. Nothing about Brown's background tells me he is an expert in the passing game, but Reich is, thus a fit there.

Rex was gonna hate whoever replaced Anthony Lynn because Anthony Lynn was his guy, from his tree. The fact that it is a young, defensive hotshot in Staley just makes Rex hate more. I think if he goes to Denver it is a bad sign. That is going to become a clown show of egos. How much of this is being hungry to coach vs being hungry for money and media attention (for both Honest Sean Payton and Rex).

Yeahhhh, sure. he’s a great fit there because they don’t need a good OC there that is expert at an entire NFL offense, Reich is the shadow OC. Uh huh.

I don't really understand what you're saying or skeptical of.
I've been consistent with my opinion of Brown as a candidate.
Great fit there, not so much here.
