a good coach gets the most out of his players and that tends to make the GM look good.

I think all the former Chargers defensive players that have been picked up by the raiders is ample evidence that the coaching staff has a say in player personnel. It's not all on the GM.

This Broncos team reminds me of the one that had Trevor Siemian at QB. Where the offense was suspect. If Staley comes up with a good game plan, and gets his team up to it, they can shut out Denver.

I see the Bolts' offense as versatile enough, and deep enough, to be able to spread the Broncos' defense out and find holes.
