    Too many teams in SoCal.

He did list 2 of those.

Nwosu is performing fairly well in limited snaps. He is a solid rotational EDGE player.
TT gave up a 3rd to pick K9. Murray has played at a high level in in bursts. He’s very young with about 20 NFL games under his belt. K9’s physical traits, mental capacity, and instincts will overcome his 3rd year with a different defensive scheme resulting in slow in game processing.
You are wrong on this assertion.

I'm sure you are right, which is why I would be terrible in business. I would always choose harmony over money.

Yep...I would give K9 some more time to improve...he did do better last season towards the end...I guess he needs a little time to learn the new playbook, and he was hurt also...

I have a feeling it was fan fiction. He might have the money, but I don't think he would be a committed owner. Besides that, he wants to build a space station, and he's way behind Elon Musk in the private space race. The only thing common between him and the current Chargers owners is that their last names end in 'os'.

Hell, the lawyers only got the first billion out of him. He has a few more to give before they’re done with him.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

I hope to be wrong about Murray.

But I don’t believe I’m wrong about Nwosu. He will struggle to find a contract to stay in the NFL after his rookie deal expires. He can’t play and once in a blue moon makes a play. Currently PFF ranks him dead last among edge rushers with a 34.4 grade.

He reminds me of Jyles Tucker who never played in the reg season for another team after his deal expired with the Chargers. Tucker would randomly make a good play here or there but for the most part wasn’t very useful.

                  It’s not just me who thinks Nwosu sucks, Jason Reed at BoltBeat has him as one of the most disappointing players of this season;

Nwosu has only 13 pressures in six games despite having over 120 pass-rushing snaps. Not only has he not generated the kind of pressure on the quarterback that the team was hoping for but he has been brutally bad against the run.

Pro Football Focus grades are really flawed and should never be the end-all say-all in an argument. However, the fact that he ranks dead last among edge rushers with his 34.4 grade is quite telling. I don't think I agree with the assessment that he is the worst in the league, but he is certainly in the bottom 10-20%.

At this point in the season, it is looking like it might have been a better choice to simply bring back Ingram. Of course, hindsight is 20/20 but this is a point I was making before he signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Reed also don’t think he will return to the Chargers

Uchenna Nwosu was tasked with the starting edge rusher job with Melvin Ingram leaving the team. Nwosu has ended up splitting time with Kyler Fackrell and has not been good whatsoever thus far this season.

It has not been good against the run or the pass for Nwosu. He has not proven to be the capable edge rusher that the Chargers wanted him to be and drafted him in the second round to be. At this point, he does not even look like a starting-caliber player.

Nwosu still shows those signs of potential, though, and there is a world in which he figures it out and earns a contract with the Bolts after the season. However, with Nwosu being an impending free agent, it feels as if his time as a Charger is coming to an end.

It’s a waste of a 2nd rd pick. 2nd rd picks should be quality starting caliber players. Telesco passed on Fred Warner for Nwosu.

Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:

                  - 69-74 record
                  - 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
                  - Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
                  - 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
                  - 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
                  - Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
                  - Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

Jason Reed of Boltbeat? He looks to be some 22 year old kid. I know everybody has opinions which is cool but just because he isa writer for a crap BB publication means nothing.

Id trust Ninjas judgement and some others here over some kid. Fansided is a site of amatuer writers. Porn Star Mia Khalifa once was a writer for it.

In fact.....here is a blurb from what happened once with Fansided involving her. Needless to say im no fan of it or BB....such professionalism.

                      Fictional columnist Burt Gertson

On September 29, 2016, Burt Gertson, who was listed as one of FanSided's writers, got into a Twitter argument with former adult film actress Mia Khalifa, who at the time was a regular sports columnist at FanSided. It soon turned out that Gertson was not a real person despite initial claims by FanSided former Editor-in-Chief Jim Cavan. Shortly after, FanSided admitted in a series of tweets that Gertson was not real and his column was meant to be fictional satire. FanSided issued a statement on October 1, 2016 announcing that it had fired Cavan.

Everybody passed on Warner in the 2nd round. Easy to say 4 years later who we should of picked.

SF picked Dante Pettis in the second round that year and he never did a thing for them. Isnt there anymore.

Other 2nd rounders Derius Guice is out of the league, James Washington is a backup in Pittsburgh. There are some others that arent starting or on a team anymore. Just tying to say, every GM misses on draft picks but Telesco is a whiping boy here.

Telesco was league average until 2021. Then he hired Staley, easily the number one overall pick (if a head coach could qualify) and the paradigm changed. To be a Goat (GM) you need an even greater Goat (HC) who defines positions of need that fit culture and schematically on the field into performance through coaching. So now he (Telesco) is a great GM :larry:
