I have been rewatching dome Tyrod tape.
He looks fine.
Tyrod or Burrow or Stick or Herbert or Tua or whoever.
It will be different.

Colts have a very good o line top 5 rush offense.
And they do a good job stopping the run on defense 7th on yards allowed. 3rd in tds allowed.

Their passing offense and passing defense is below average. So Rivers should be able to improve the passing offense.

So i guess the colts secondary and coaches will be blamed if they dont make playoffs with Rivers.

I'm sorry, but the colts weren't good last season. It's still a team game and even having a good Oline, good QB and the best RB in the league doesn't guarantee anything - see Dallas Cowboys.

The Colts oline gets a lot of props, I'll give you that...Now, they're not a top five run offense - although I'd say they crack the top 10 (still very good), but ESPN says they're a top 5 pass blocking unit (pass blocking win rate), with the C and G positions ranking as stand outs. This would be a perfect fit for someone like Rivers.

Now, hypothetically, if Rivers were to go to the colts and not go to the playoffs, it sure would make the haters happy. Regardless of the circumstances, in their minds it would support the narrative that PR was problem numero uno..

Where are you finding the o-line finish 30th and 31st.
I can find it?
What i am finding is they were ranked all over from 12th to 29th. So all over the place depending on which source.

They look average to me on gameday.
I did not see awful. And the consensus based on all sources is that the o line was average or sub par but not horrible.

I really hope Rivers goes to the Colts. I want to see how he plays behind what is considered a great oline. He doesn't always play with great poise. Regardless of oline.

My beef with Rivers is I didn’t see him work on his flaws from season to season. He has the same flaws now that he had in 2006.

More like two parties going in opposite ways. Rivers probably thinks he's worth more than their offering and the chargers thinking he's got very little left in the tank (two years or less). I would have offered him $18 million per year for two years with guarantee of $18 mil. I'm curious what they offered him. If they offered him something like this and he walked away then it's time for them to part ways.
