There is video of Herbert from day one of training camp. He is asked to break down the team and he starts and then hollers at the players to shut up and let him finish. I think that is a great sign he is growing into his leadership role. Then an assistant coach dumps water on him and everyone laughs so what he did resonated well with the team. Oh and he chased that coach and took him down to the ground.
