Ok so, I have an admission to make... I was wrong about Justin Herbert.

Over a 2 season span (2018/19), I watched 5+ Oregon games specifically to check out Justin. I came away unimpressed. I didn't like his decision making and thought he was a single reed and run QB. I wanted Isaiah Simmons at #6 and was furious that we took Herbert.

I've been on the East Coast for 6 weeks and finally had a chance to sit down and watch the team play. Wow. Justin is even better than he was 6 weeks ago which was better than anything I had seen at Oregon.

I am so glad TT and the Chargers know more than I do and didn't listen to me. This kid is really, really good and getting better.

25Td's with 6Ints, Thats pretty impressive for a rookie if you ask me. Hes on pace for 37Td's, If he hits 30 I'll be happy. Not sure any Chargers QB has ever put up that many TD's.

I was on that train of thought as well. The kid is outstanding. Deep balls, small windows, tuck it & go. Worth tuning in for every week Defensive & ST blunders or not.

Herbert has 22 TDs...but he will have 25 soon lol.

Rivers has thrown for 30 or more TDs in a season 6 times with a high of 34. Most recently had 32 in 2018.
